The Binding Shall Be Done After The Inside Is Coated With Glue So That The Vamp Leather And Sheeting Tip Can Be Bound Togeather As An Intergal Part . The Design Of Arc Shaoe Upper And Lower Moulds Will Facility The Prossesing Later , The Are Upper Mould Is Provided With Heating Device Melt The Pre-coated Glue And Will  make The Vamp After Pressing . The Time And Temprature Of Pressing Can Be Adjusted Upon The Requirment Of Processes Materials Undef The Lower Mould There Is A Small Pole Which Can Conduct Pressing By Upper Mould After The Sheeting Tip Pressed In Alinment , This Design Can Ensyre Accurate Location Of Sheeting Tip On Vamp .
